Nate Ahrendt – Co-Founder & Service Specialist. Nate is the face of Signature Home & Cabin Care—the person you will see at your property, ensuring all work meets our standards of excellence. His hands-on expertise in property maintenance, dock and lift services, and high-quality lawn care comes from years of growing up and working at his family’s resort in the Park Rapids area. There, he learned that attention to detail and reliability are essential to maintaining a property’s beauty and longevity of a property. With a background as an engineer, Nate combines practical experience with problem-solving skills to ensure that every service is completed to the highest standard.
Maria Ahrendt – Co-Founder & Operations Manager. Maria is our behind-the-scenes operation. With a strong background in engineering and project management, Maria ensures SHCC is set up to proactively serve each customer. Maria grew up in the Twin Cities, where she helped care for her family’s cabin in northern Minnesota — giving her firsthand insight into the challenges of managing a property from afar.
